Terms and Conditions for Flight+Hotel Campaign

Campaign period: commence from 18:00 (GMT +8) on 12 March 2024, and end at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 25 March 2024 (“Event Period”).

Introduction

  1. This Flight+Hotel Campaign (“Event”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: 201301020508 (1050338-A)) (“Organiser”).
  2. This Event is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Specific T&C”) and the Event’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.airasia.com/aa/about-us/en/gb/event-general-terms-and-conditions.html (“General T&C”).

Event Period

  1. This Event will commence from 18:00 (GMT +8) on 12 March 2024, and end at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 25 March 2024 (“Event Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Event at any time as it deems fit without prior notice and/or liability to any participant (“Participants”).

Event Requirements

  1. To qualify and participate in this Event, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Event Period (“Event Requirements”):
    1. Must have a valid and existing AirAsia membership account (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by Biglife Sdn. Bhd. (“BL”) under the name “AirAsia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “AirAsia member ID” issued by BL at the point of participation in the Event. In the event the Participant is not a registered AirAsia member at the commencement of the Event, the Participant is required to sign-up as an AirAsia member via the AirAsia website at https://www.airasia.com/en/gb or AirAsia MOVE mobile application (“Dedicated Platforms”) before participating in the Event. Any registration of AirAsia membership made after the Event Period shall not be entitled to the Discount (hereinafter defined) under this Event;
    2. Must be located in either Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines or Indonesia based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected; and
    3. Must comply with the Event Mechanism (as hereunder defined) within the Event Period.

Event Mechanism

  1. By participating in the Event, the Participants who adhere to the following event mechanism during the Event Period (“Event Mechanism”) are eligible to receive the discount amount (“Discount”) as per stated below:
    1. Participants must perform any of the purchase(s) and/or transaction(s) through the Dedicated Platforms for any product(s) and/or service(s) from the categories as listed below (“Eligible Product”):
      1. Flight+Hotel
    2. Participants must insert the promo code i.e. ‘COMBO’ at the checkout page of the Dedicated Platforms to be entitled to receive the Discount.
    3. There will be three tiers to the Discount, each tier with a different value and subject to a redemption limit. Once the redemption limit for each tier is reached, Participants will be entitled to the Discount of the subsequent tier.
    4. The redemption is based on first come first served basis and the number of redemptions for the Discount in each tier shall be determined by the Organiser.
    5. Participants will be entitled to receive the respective Discount based on the table below:
    6. The Discount is only applicable to the Eligible Product.
  2. Participants who fulfil the Event Requirements and abide by the Event Mechanism shall be entitled to Discount. Participants who fail to fulfil the Event Requirements and fail to abide by the Event Mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Event without notice and liability towards the Organiser.

Miscellaneous

  1. The General T&C may be amended from time to time, hence, you are advised to review it periodically to be aware of such modifications. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Specific T&C and any terms and conditions set forth in the General T&C, the Specific T&C shall prevail.
  2. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Specific T&C without prior notice and/or liability to any Participant.
  3. The Specific T&C are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subjected to the jurisdiction of courts in Malaysia.



Terms and Conditions for Air Arabia Flight Ticket Giveaway

Campaign period: commence from 10:00 (GMT+8) on 15 March 2023, and end at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 24 March 2023, or upon complete utilisation of the total allocation of prizes pursuant to this Event, whichever comes first (“Event Period”).

Introduction

  1. This Air Arabia Flight Ticket Giveaway (“Event”) is jointly organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: 201301020508 (1050338-A)) (“Organiser”) and Air Arabia PJSC (“Air Arabia”) (collectively referred to as the “Organisers”).
  2. This Event is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Specific T&C”) and the Event’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.airasia.com/aa/about-us/en/gb/event-general-terms-and-conditions.html (“General T&C”).

Event Period

  1. This Event will commence from 10:00 (GMT+8) on 15 March 2023, and end at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 24 March 2023, or upon complete utilisation of the total allocation of prizes pursuant to this Event, whichever comes first (“Event Period”). The Organisers reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Event at any time as it deems fit without prior notice and/or liability to any participant (“Participants” or “You”).

Event Requirements

  1. To qualify and participate in this Event, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Event Period (“Event Requirements”):
    1. must be at eighteen (18) years old and above with valid identification documents;
    2. must be located in Malaysia based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected;
    3. must have a valid and active Instagram account; and set their Instagram profile to ‘public’ during the Event Period; and
    4. must comply with the Event Mechanism provided hereunder.

Event Mechanism

  1. By participating in the Event, the Participants who adhere to the following event mechanism during the Event Period (“Event Mechanism”) may be eligible to receive the Prize (hereinafter defined):
    1. Participants must follow @airasiamove Instagram account https://www.instagram.com/airasiamove/
    2. Participants must like and comment the following on @airasiamove relevant Instagram post (“Event Post”):
      1. comment why you want to travel to Sharjah, UAE, and the first thing you will do when you get there;
      2. must tag one (1) friend in the comment entry; and
      3. must hashtag #ExploreSharjah #AirAsiaMOVE.
  2. There is no limit to the number of entries that Participants can make throughout the Event Period, and multiple entries can be entered in respect of the same Participant to be entitled for this Event’s Prize (hereinafter defined).
  3. Each Participant must successfully complete the Event Mechanism in order to constitute at least one (1) valid entry to the Event.
  4. Participants who fail to fulfil Event Requirements and fail to abide by Event Mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Event without any further notice.

Prize

  1. The prize for this Event is as follows (“Prize”):
    1. One (1) pair of Air Arabia return flight tickets to Sharjah, UAE
  2. The Prize will be issued in a form of electronic flight ticket with a fixed validity period as specified therein. The Prize is subjected to further terms and conditions as stated on the electronic flight ticket.

Announcement of Winner

  1. Subject to these Specific T&C, one (1) Participant who strictly follows the Event Mechanism will be selected as the winner of this Event (“Winner”).
  2. The Winner will be announced through @airasiamove Instagram story on 27 March 2024 (“Winner Announcement Date”).
  3. The selected Winner will be entitled to receive the Prize. The Winner will receive one (1) pair of Air Arabia return flight tickets to Sharjah, UAE.
  4. In the event the Winner is unreachable or had failed to inform the Organiser(s) of the acceptance of Prize within one (1) day from the time of first attempt to communicate by the Organiser to contact the Winner, the Organiser shall reserve the right at its sole discretion to select and award another Winner with or without any further notice and/or assigning any reasons. The Organiser’s decision shall be final and no correspondence nor complaint by any Participant shall be entertained.

Terms and Conditions for BigPay RM5 AirAsia Flight Discount Campaign

Campaign period: commence from 00:00 (GMT +8) on 8 March 2024, and end at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 31 March 2024 (“Event Period”).

Introduction

  1. This BigPay RM5 AirAsia Flight Discount Campaign (“Event”) is jointly organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: 201301020508 (1050338-A)) (“AACom”) and BigPay Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (Company No: 200501037531 (719679-A)) (“BPMY”) (collectively referred to as the “Organisers”).
  2. This Event is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Specific T&C”) and the Event’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.airasia.com/aa/about-us/en/gb/event-general-terms-and-conditions.html (“General T&C”).

Event Period

  1. This Event will commence from 00:00 (GMT +8) on 8 March 2024, and end at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 31 March 2024 (“Event Period”).

Event Requirements

  1. To qualify and participate in this Event, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Event Period (“Event Requirements”):
    1. must have a valid and existing airasia membership account (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by Biglife Sdn. Bhd. (“BL”) under the name “airasia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by BL at the point of participation in this Event. In the event the Participant is not a registered airasia member at the time of the Event Period, the Participant is required to sign-up as an airasia member via the AirAsia MOVE mobile application or the AirAsia MOVE website (https://www.airasia.com/en/gb) (collectively referred to as “Dedicated Platform”) before participating in the Event. Any registration of airasia membership made by the Participants after the Event Period shall disqualify such Participants from the Event and any discounts entitlement without any further notice;
    2. must have a valid and existing BigPay Visa issued by BigPay Malaysia; and
    3. must comply with the Event Mechanism provided hereunder.

Event Mechanism

  1. By participating in the Event, the Participants who adhere to the following event mechanism during the Event Period (“Event Mechanism”) are eligible to receive the BigPay RM5 AirAsia Flight Discount (“Discount”):
    1. Participants must insert a valid BigPay Visa, physical or virtual, card number issued by BigPay Malaysia; OR have a BigPay wallet linked, at the payment page of the Dedicated Platform to be entitled to receive the Discount.
    2. The Discount is only applicable to the first 1,000 redemptions daily.
    3. The Discount is applicable to all flights and destinations under AirAsia Flight only.
    4. The Discount is applicable to the base fare only, and excludes taxes and any other additional fees as applicable.
  2. Participants who fulfil the Event Requirements and abide by the Event Mechanism shall be entitled to Discount. Participants who fail to fulfil the Event Requirements and fail to abide by the Event Mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Event without notice and liability towards the Organisers.

MOVETIX Contest

Campaign period: from 10:00 (GMT+8) on 30 January 2024, and end at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 17 April 2024.

Introduction

  1. This MOVETIX Contest (“Event”) is organised by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201301020508 (1050338-A)) (“Organiser”).
  2. This Event runs in Malaysia. The contest will be implemented on the AirAsia MOVE’s Movetix website (https://movetix.airasia.com/) and the AirAsia MOVE mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Dedicated Platforms”).
  3. This Event is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Specific T&C”) and the Event’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.airasia.com/aa/about-us/en/gb/event-general-terms-and-conditions.html (“General T&C”).

Event Period

  1. This Event will commence from 10:00 (GMT+8) on 30 January 2024, and end at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 17 April 2024 based on Malaysia time zones geo-location, or upon complete utilisation of the total allocation of prizes pursuant to this Event, whichever comes first (“Event Period”).

Event Requirements

  1. To qualify and participate in this Event, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Event Period (“Event Requirements”):
    1. Must have a valid and existing airasia membership account (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BigLife Sdn. Bhd. (“BL”) under the name “airasia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by BL at the point of participation in this Event. In the event the Participant is not a registered airasia member at the time of the Event Period, the Participant is required to sign-up as an airasia member on the airasia website at https://www.airasia.com/en/gb or the AirAsia MOVE mobile application before participating in the Event. Event Mechanism

  1. By participating in the Event, the Participants who adhere to the following event mechanism during the Event Period (“Event Mechanism”) are eligible to receive the Prize (hereinafter defined):

  1. There is no limit to the number of transactions that Participants can make throughout the Event Period, and multiple entries can be entered in respect of the same Participant to be entitled for this Event’s prize (hereinafter defined).

  3. The Winners will be announced through an Instagram story on AirAsia MOVE’s Instagram account @airasiasuperapp (https://www.instagram.com/airasiasuperapp/) one (1) day after the end of the Event (“Winner Announcement Date”).
  4. In the event the Winner is unreachable or had failed to inform the Organiser(s) of the acceptance of Prize within two (2) days from the time of first attempt to communicate by the Organiser to contact the Winner, the Organiser shall reserve the right at its sole discretion to select and award another Winner with or without any further notice and/or assigning any reasons. The Organiser’s decision shall be final and no correspondence nor complaint by any Participant shall be entertained.

BigPay x Simply Better Together Campaign

  1. This “Simply Better Together” Campaign (“Campaign”) is jointly organised by AirAsia MOVE Sdn. Bhd. (“AA Superapp”) and BigPay Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“BigPay”) (collectively referred to as the “Organisers”).
  2. This Campaign is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Terms and Conditions”) and by participating or upon entry of this Campaign, all participants (“Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and shall be deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information and the use of such personal information shall be in accordance with the Privacy Policies of the Organisers with no monetary payment.
  3. Information on how to participate in this Campaign forms part of these conditions of entry. Registration for and/or participation in this Campaign is deemed as acceptance of these conditions of entry. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry.
  4. Validity

  5. In conjunction with the launch of Organisers’ partnership, the Campaign will commence from 00:00 (GMT+8) on 9 October 2023 and tentatively end on 9 October 2024 (“Campaign Period”). The Organisers reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as they deem fit without prior notice and/or liability to any participant (“Participants” or “their”).
  6. Campaign Requirements

  7. To qualify and participate in this Campaign, the Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Campaign Period (“Campaign Requirements”):
    1. Must have a valid and existing airasia membership account (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program under the name “airasia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” at the point of participation in the Campaign. In the event the Participant is not a registered airasia member at the commencement of the Campaign Period, the Participant is required to sign-up as an airasia member on the airasia website at https://www.airasia.com/en/gb or the AirAsia MOVE mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Dedicated Platforms”) before participating in the Campaign ; and
    2. Must have a valid and existing BigPay account. In the event the Participant does not have a BigPay account at the commencement of the Campaign Period, the Participant is required to sign-up for a BigPay account at the BigPay mobile application before participating in the Campaign ; and
    3. Must be located in Malaysia based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detection at the checkout of the Eligible Products (as hereunder defined). This Campaign is open to Malaysia citizens with a valid Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) and non-Malaysian nationals with a valid passport residing in Malaysia aged 18 and above.

    Campaign Mechanism

  8. To participate in this Campaign, Participants are required to fulfil the following requirements (“Campaign Mechanism”):
    1. Link their BigPay account to their airasia account; and
    2. Utilised the aforementioned linked BigPay account to perform any purchase(s) or transaction(s) through the Dedicated Platforms for any product(s) and/or service(s) from the categories as listed below (collectively referred to as “Eligible Products” and each as “Eligible Product”):
    3. i. Other airlines (Non-airasia flights);
      ii. Hotel;
      iii. Ride.

    4. Fulfilling the above and subject to the respective T&C, Participants shall be eligible to utilise the following promotional codes (“Promo Code” or “Promo Codes”) at the check-out on each Eligible Product as tabulated below (”Campaign Discount”) on a first-come-first-served basis and receive Bonus airasia points (defined hereunder) pursuant to a successful purchase of Promotional Product (as hereunder defined);

    • Eligible users get 1x RM10 OFF ride via promo code issued monthly.
    • Each Participant shall be entitled to only one (1) Campaign Discount throughout the Campaign Period.
    • For avoidance of doubt, payments that are made through a BigPay card instead of a linked BigPay account shall not be qualified for the Campaign Discount.
    • It shall be the Participant’s sole responsibility in ensuring the Campaign Discount has been successfully redeemed and reflected before making the actual payment.

    BONUS AIRASIA POINTS

    • Participants shall be entitled to receive additional one times (1x) bonus airasia points (“Bonus airasia points”) in addition to the regular issuance rate of airasia points earned pursuant to the purchase of each Eligible Products or any airasia flights booking (“Promotional Products”).
    • For the avoidance of doubt, no Bonus airasia points will be awarded for any cancelled, invalid, incomplete or returned purchase(s) or transaction(s) for this Campaign.
    • Certain Promotional Products may be available in some Participating Regions only. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser may amend the categories of Promotional Product from time to time without notice or liability to the Participants.
    • Bonus airasia points and regular airasia points will be issued based on the total net purchase amount of the Promotional Products, excluding any taxes, shipping costs and/or ancillary charges. For the avoidance of doubt, any successful transactions of the Promotional Products using currency other than Ringgit Malaysia (“RM”) will be converted into RM for the issuance of Bonus airasia points and regular airasia points under this Campaign.
    • All Bonus airasia points earned pursuant to this Campaign will be credited into the eligible Participant’s airasia membership account within fourteen (14) days from the end of the Campaign Period, whereas the regular airasia points will be credited within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, usage or utilisation of the Promotional Product(s), in accordance with the type of Promotional Products. For the avoidance of doubt, regular airasia points for the Promotional Products(s) that are purchased, will not be credited until it is used or utilised.

  9. Participants who fail to fulfil the Campaign Requirements and fail to abide by the Campaign Mechanism will automatically be disqualified from the Campaign without notice and liability towards the Organisers.
  10. MISCELLANEOUS

  11. In addition to the terms and conditions as specified herein, the Campaign’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.airasia.com/aa/rewards/en/gb/campaign-general-terms-and-conditions.html (“General T&C”) shall apply to this Campaign. The General T&C may be amended from time to time, hence, you are advised to review it periodically to be aware of such modifications. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions set forth in the General T&C, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  12. Terms and conditions of BigPay shall also apply to this Campaign.
  13. These terms and conditions of the Campaign are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.



Terms and Conditions for UnionPay Year Long Perks Event

  1. This UnionPay International Year Long Perks (“Event”) is jointly organised by UnionPay International (“UPI”) and BIGLIFE Sdn Bhd (“BL”) (collectively referred to as the “Organisers”).
  2. This Event is governed by the terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Specific T&C”) and the Event’s General Terms and Conditions which can be found at (“General T&C”).

Event Period

  1. The Event will commence from 00:00 (GMT+8) on 1 December 2023, and end at 23:59 (GMT+8) on 30 November 2024 or upon complete utilisation of the total allocation of the Benefits (as defined in Clause 6) pursuant to this Event, whichever comes first (“Event Period”).

Event Requirements

  1. To qualify and participate in this Event, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Event Period (“Event Requirements”):-
    1. must be a valid and existing airasia member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BL under the name “airasia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by BL at the point of participation in the Event. In the event the Participant is not a registered airasia member at the time of the Event Period, the Participant is required to sign-up as an airasia member via https://www.airasia.com/ or AirAsia MOVE (collectively referred to as “Dedicated Platforms”) before participating in the Event. Any registration of airasia membership made after the Event Period shall not be entitled to the award of any airasia points under this Event;
    2. Must be a UnionPay International cardholder whose card matches the list of Bank Identification Number (“BIN”) as per Appendix 1; and
    3. Must successfully perform the transaction set out in Clause 5 of this terms and conditions.

Event Mechanism

  1. To participate in this Event, the Participants are required to fulfil the Event Requirement and perform a minimum single transaction of RM 300 or equivalent on AirAsia MOVE with UnionPay International Card during the Event Period (“Event Mechanism”) as tabulated below:

  3. Fulfilling the Event Mechanism, Participants are eligible to receive the following benefits (“Benefits”):
    1. Free upgrade to airasia Platinum Membership Status under the airasia rewards Program at the Dedicated Platforms with one (1) year validity (“Platinum Membership Status”) that provides:
    2. i. Up to seven times (7x) airasia points earning on AirAsia MOVE;
      ii. Priority Booking, Boarding, Baggage;
      iii. up to 15% off discount at selected hotels.

      and;

    3. Free voucher for airasia Rides to airport capped at RM60 or other equivalent currency at the applicable territory for the first two-hundred and fifty (250) Participants in each calendar month (“Ride Voucher”);
  4. The rights to claim and enjoy the Benefits are non-transferrable. The Participant claiming and enjoying the benefits must be the same as the UnionPay International cardholder.
  5. Participants are allowed to perform multiple transactions during the Event Period, but shall only be entitled and limited to one (1) time free upgrade of the Platinum Membership Status and one (1) issuance of the Ride Voucher.
  6. The entitlement of Platinum Membership Status through this Event will be upgraded into the eligible Participants’ respective airasia member account within fourteen (14) days of the transaction while the entitlement of Ride Voucher will be fourteen (14) working days after the end of the calendar month (or any other period as the Organiser deems appropriate) subject to the Organiser receiving all information as deemed necessary. This is subject to the exclusion of invalid or cancelled transactions, where the Organisers reserve their rights to retrieve the cash value equivalent to the Benefits that has been awarded to the Participants pursuant to this Event.
  7. Notwithstanding the standard validity period of airasia Platinum Membership Status as stipulated within the airasia rewards Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.airasia.com/rewards, the airasia Platinum Membership Status upgrade through this Event shall only valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the effective date of such membership status upgrade.
  8. In the event the original Benefit offered is not available, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute or replace it from time to time with another of similar value without prior notice to the eligible participant(s). For the avoidance of doubt, the benefit and its value shall be determined by the Organiser at its own discretion.

Miscellaneous

  1. The General T&C may be amended from time to time, hence, you are advised to review it periodically to be aware of such modifications. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any terms and conditions set forth in the General T&C, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Flight Delay Insurance Terms and Conditions

Eligible for AirAsia Guests who participated in AirAsia Free Seats campaign Campaign Period: 16 Oct - 25 Oct 2023 and received a Thank You email from Tune Protect upon completion of the booking (“Insured Person”).
  1. Eligible for AirAsia Guests who participated in AirAsia Free Seats campaign Campaign Period: 16 Oct - 25 Oct 2023 and received a Thank You email from Tune Protect upon completion of the booking (“Insured Person”).
  2. In the event the Insured Person’s Scheduled Flight is delayed for at least two (2) consecutive hours from the Original Scheduled Time or Updated Scheduled Time, where applicable, and the delay notification must be informed to the Insured Person within 24 hours from the Original Schedule Time, we will pay the Insured Person RM200 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred) only (or equivalent to other currencies at the point of claim payout) for each Trip.
  3. The delay shall be calculated from the Original Schedule Time of Departure or Updated Schedule Time of Departure, where applicable until the commencement of the first available alternative flight offered by AirAsia to the Insured Person.
  4. We will not pay for loss directly or indirectly arising as a result of:
    1. any illegal or unlawful intention act by the Insured Person.
    2. any breach of government regulation or any failure by the Insured Person to take reasonable precautions to avoid a claim under the Policy following the warning of any intended strike, riot or civil commotion through or by general mass media.
    3. the Insured Person’s failure to check in according to the itinerary supplied to the Insured Person.
    4. the Insured Person’s failure to board the next available flight offered by AirAsia.
    5. adverse weather conditions, airport closure, airport curfew, strike, air traffic flow management restrictions, or industrial action of companies/carriers already in existence on the date of the Scheduled Flight.
    6. any prohibition or regulations by any government or immigration authority.
    7. the Insured Person is not fit to travel or is traveling against the medical advice of a Physician.
    8. any rescheduling or delay of which the Insured Person has been made aware twenty-four (24)
    9. hours prior to the Original Scheduled Time in the travel itinerary.

General Exclusions

We do not cover:

  1. if the Insured Person failed to check-in or boarded the scheduled flight;
  2. payment which would violate a government prohibition or regulation;
  3. delay, seizure, confiscation, destruction, requisition, retention or detention by customs or any other government or public authority or official;
  4. any violation or attempt of violation of laws or resistance to arrest by the appropriate authority;
  5. any person who is below the age of 2 years;
  6. the Insured Person’s late arrival at the airport for the Scheduled Flight after the official check-in time;
  7. any loss, injury, damage or legal liability arising directly or indirectly from travel in, to or through Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Israel, North Korea, Russian Federation (including Crimea), Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine and Zimbabwe;
  8. any loss, injury, damage or legal liability suffered or sustained directly or indirectly by the Insured Person if the Insured Person is:
    1. a terrorist;
    2. a member of a terrorist organization; or
    3. a purveyor of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons;
    4. a narcotics trafficker.
  9. any loss resulting directly and indirectly (in whole or in part) from:
    1. a Pandemic;
    2. an epidemic
  10. any loss, damage, liability, expense, fines, penalties directly or indirectly caused by, in connection with, involving or arising out of any of the following – including any fear thereat, whether actual or perceived:
    • Infectious diseases, viruses, bacterium or other microorganisms (whether asymptomatic or not); or
    • Coronavirus (COVID-19) including any mutation or variation thereof; or
    • A Pandemic or epidemic, declared by the World Health Organization or any governmental authority.

If the Insurer alleges that, by reason of this exclusion, any amount is not covered by this insurance plan, the burden of proving the contrary shall rest on the Insured.







Best Price Guarantee Program

Introduction

  1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall govern the “Best Price Guarantee” program (“Best Price Guarantee Program”) that we offer on the airasia.com website and AirAsia MOVE mobile application (collectively known as “the Platform”), which are owned and operated by us.
  2. This Terms and Conditions shall be the legally binding document between you and AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“AirAsia, us, we, our”).
  3. By submitting a Best Price Guarantee claim (“Claim”), you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by this Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of SNAP and Hotel, the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement of the Platform, which may be amended and revised from time to time. We would advise you to review this Terms and Conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications as the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions will bind you at the time of any arising dispute, which may occur at a later date. Please take note that the Terms and Conditions displayed on the Platform will be accompanied by a month and year stamp to denote the version.

Submitting a Claim

  1. If you have made a booking of an airasia-branded flight, hotel room and hotel related add ons under one booking reference number (“SNAP”) or hotel stand-alone (“Hotel”) on the Platform and then show us that you are able to book the same flight and/or same room with the same dates and conditions at a lower rate compared to what you have paid, that is viewable and bookable on another website, we will, at our sole discretion, either match that rate or credit the difference to you.
  2. For avoidance of doubt, for Claim on SNAP, the difference amount will be credited into the credit account of your AirAsia member account on the Platform, whereas for Claim on Hotel, the difference will be remitted back into the payment method used to make the original booking.
  3. This Best Price Guarantee Program only applies for SNAP and Hotel bookings that are available on the Platform.
  4. For a Claim to be valid under this Best Price Guarantee Program, it must satisfy and be submitted in compliance with the following relevant validity and condition:
    • You must be an AirAsia member to be eligible to submit a Claim form for this Best Price Guarantee Program.
    • You must have a valid and existing google e-mail address only.
    • This Best Price Guarantee Program applies to SNAP and Hotel bookings that have been paid and confirmed only. You must submit a Claim within twenty-four (24) hours of your confirmed SNAP or Hotel booking. Submissions made after twenty-four (24) hours will not be entertained.
  5. Claim Submission : This Best Price Guarantee Program is only valid if you have successfully submitted a Claim within twenty-four (24) hours from your SNAP and Hotel booking. In the event your check-in date is within twenty-four (24) hours from your date of booking, you are required to submit a Claim before check-in. Submissions made after you have checked-in will not be entertained.
  6. You must submit a Claim by completing either the Best Price Guarantee Claim Form for SNAP or Best Price Guarantee Claim Form for Hotel together with the following information:
    1. Your AirAsia booking ID or booking reference number
    2. Website URL that offers the better rate
    3. Name of hotel, city and country
    4. Maximum of five (5) screenshots that clearly display the following;
      • flight and room availability
      • room rates
      • type of rooms
      • types of promotion
      • website URL
      • timestamp
  7. This Best Price Guarantee Program is only valid if the following conditions are met to the lower price submitted:
    • Same flights
    • Same hotel property
    • Same check-in and check-out dates
    • Same room and bed type
    • Same or more flexible cancellation and amendment policies
    • The room must be available for instant confirmation at the time AirAsia’s agent checks availability
    • Same or higher room occupancy (e.g., number of adults, number of children)
    • Same or superior benefits (e.g., breakfast, meal plan, ancillary products: baggage, meal, insurance, seat assignment)
    • Same currency
    • Prices must be the final rate including taxes and service fees.
  8. The Best Price Guarantee Program does not apply to reservations offering third-party loyalty program rewards, including frequent flyer miles redemption, or unpublished rates such as:
    • Private rates
    • Hotel rooms sold as part of a travel package, other than SNAP
    • Rates that are not available to the general public, which includes corporate discount rates, group or meeting rates, loyalty programs or any rates that require membership.
  9. Once your Claim is completed and submitted, no changes are allowed and will not be entertained.

Miscellaneous

  1. If for any reason this Best Price Guarantee Program is unable to proceed or operate smoothly due to your actions, including but not limited to irregularity, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Best Price Guarantee Program, we reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel and terminate your Claim.
  2. We reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel and terminate your Claim if we have proof or reasonably believe that you (singularly or jointly with any other persons) undertook fraudulent practices and/or activities for any Claim or purchase or other activities harmful to this program or to us. We further reserve the right to block your airasia account from performing future transactions on the Platform.
  3. Only the person who had made the SNAP and/or Hotel booking is allowed to submit a Claim. You are not allowed to submit a Claim for any other third party.
  4. We reserve the absolute right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Best Price Guarantee Program with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason hereto. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by us shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against us for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  5. We reserve the absolute right to vary, delete, update or add to any of these terms and conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice. Our decision in relation to all aspects of this Best Price Guarantee Program is deemed final, binding and conclusive under all circumstances and no correspondence, complaint or appeal whatsoever will be entertained.
  6. AirAsia, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Best Price Guarantee Program.
  7. You agree to defend and indemnify us and any of our officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party or your use of our information.
  8. The terms and conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any advertising materials for this Best Price Guarantee Program.
  9. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions, this Terms and Conditions shall prevail but only to the extent to such inconsistency.
  10. The Terms and Conditions may be translated to other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and translated versions, the English language shall prevail.
  11. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subjected to the jurisdiction of a forum in Malaysia.

Campaign period: The Campaign will be held for a period of 153 (one fifty three) days commencing from 1 July 2023 00:00 and ends on 1 December 2023, 23:59 (based on the respective time zone of each participating geo-locations), unless advised otherwise by the Organiser (“Campaign Period”).

Introduction

  1. This terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) will govern the “Shop Promo Code in Value Pack, Premium Flex, Premium Flatbed, Corporate Full Flex and Corporate Lite (Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand) Campaign” (“Campaign”) which is organised by AirAsia Duty Free Sdn Bhd (“Organiser”).
  2. This Campaign will be held in Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand, on airasia shop which is available on the airasia Super App mobile application and accessible on the website at https://www.airasia.com/shop/en/gb.
  3. The airasia Super App mobile application and the respective websites will collectively be referred to as the ”Platform”. The participating business for this Campaign include AirAsia Duty Free and AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd.

  4. This Campaign is open to the general public who holds an airasia member account in the Platform (“Participant”).
  5. This Campaign is governed by the requirements set out hereunder and by participating in this Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, airasia shop terms and conditions, and shall be deemed to have given their consent for the collection of personal information and the use of such personal information shall be in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Organiser with no monetary payment.

Validity

  1. Campaign Period: The Campaign will be held for a period of 153 (one fifty three) days commencing from 1 July 2023 00:00 and ends on 1 December 2023, 23:59 (based on the respective time zone of each participating geo-locations), unless advised otherwise by the Organiser (“Campaign Period”).

  2. Upon Participant’s Successful Purchase, the Promo Code will be emailed to the Participant’s email address which is registered in their airasia member account, one (1) day after the date of the Successful Purchase.
  3. Participants may use the Promo Code to purchase airasia shop products (“Products”).

Campaign Requirements

  1. To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Participants must fulfil the following requirements during the Campaign Period (“Campaign Requirements”):-
    1. have a valid and an existing airasia member account (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by the Organiser under the name “airasia rewards”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by the Organiser;
    2. must be located in Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia or Thailand (based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected);

Promo Code Conditions

  1. Subject to the Campaign Requirements, the Participants are entitled to apply the Promo Code with conditions as stipulated below:

  11. One (1) Promo Code is applicable for one (1) transaction only per airasia member ID on the Platform. A daily limit of Promo Code redemptions applies;
  12. The Promo Code is valid for inflight delivery products on airasia shop, on top of the ongoing promotions and discounts. The Promo Code is not stackable.
  13. Promo Codes are valid for one (1) year, counted from the date when the email of Promo Code is sent to the Participants, however the Organiser reserves to adjust the validity period at any given time without prior notice to the Participant;
  14. Pre-booking for inflight delivery must be done between (48) forty-eight hours and (90) ninety days before flying;
  15. Participants with AK and D7 flight bookings will receive Promo Code in MYR currency to be applied on the Malaysia website; participants with Thai AirAsia (FD) and Thai AirAsia X (XJ) flight bookings will receive Promo Code in THB currency be applied on the Thailand website; participants with QZ flight bookings will receive Promo Code in IDR currency be applied on the Indonesia website; participants with Z2 flight bookings will receive Promo Code in PHP currency be applied on the Philippines website;
  16. Promo Code in THB currency is currently unavailable for purchase of inflight delivery for Thai AirAsia X (XJ) flights as the inflight delivery service itself is unavailable. However, the Promo Code can still be used for future Thai AirAsia (FD) flights as long as it is within the Promo Code validity period.

Flight Booking Conditions

  1. Subject to the Campaign Requirements, the Participants shall follow the flight booking conditions stipulated below to be eligible for the Promo Code:
    1. Applicable for all AK, D7, Z2, QZ, and FD flight bookings;
    2. Participants must make the flight booking with add-ons purchased up to (1) one year in advance of departure to be eligible for receiving the Promo Code;

Only Participants who fulfill and abide by all of the Campaign Requirements and the Flight Booking Conditions set out in paragraph 12 of this Terms & Conditions are eligible to receive the Promo Code. Any incomplete transactions or failure to abide by any of the Campaign Requirements and the Flight Booking Conditions set out in paragraph 12 of this Terms & Conditions will be automatically disqualified and is not eligible to receive the Promo Code without any further notice to the Participant.
  2. In the event of a fraud, only the amount paid by the Participant for the specific Product after applying any of the Promo Code will be refunded to the Participant.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any of the Campaign’s offer to the Participant, in the event that the Organiser believes that the Participant may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions and/or may bring the Organiser into disrepute.
  4. The Participants agree that the Organiser shall not be liable and/or be required to offer replacement of Promo Code, with any offers, discounts, credits, cash of equal or the same value or otherwise to compensate the Participants for the inability to benefit from the Campaign.
  5. The Promo Code is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for money or money’s worth products and services.
  6. The decision of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign, including but not limited to the use of the abovementioned Promo Codes shall be final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry, complaint and/or correspondence will be entertained.

  1. If for any reason this Campaign is unable to proceed or operate smoothly due to actions of the Participants, including but not limited to irregularity, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Campaign, the Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the Campaign.
  2. The Organiser also reserves the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any Participant and retract the Promo Code from any Participants if the Organiser has proof or reasonably believe that the Participant has (singularly or jointly with any other Participant) undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities to obtain the Promo Code or undertaken any other activities harmful to this Campaign or to us. The Organiser further reserves the right to block your airasia account from performing future transactions on the Organiser’s Platform.
  3. The Organiser reserves the right to process you further in accordance with the applicable local laws should the Organiser have proof or reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions in connection with this Campaign (in which case you undertake to bear maximum liability allowed by law).
  4. This Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials regarding the Campaign. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms in this Campaign Terms and Conditions and other provisions or materials, this Campaign Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  5. The Organiser shall not be liable for any failure to comply with or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, lockdown or movement restriction control due to epidemic or pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of the Organiser.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right at its sole discretion to vary, delete or add to any of the terms and conditions contained herein and/or cancel, terminate or suspend this Campaign from time to time without any prior notice, and such revised terms and conditions will be posted on the Platform immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Organiser of this Campaign shall not entitle you to any claim or compensation against the Organiser for any and all losses or damage howsoever arising, whether or not the Organiser or you have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
  7. You shall be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against you under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign.
  8. You agree to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify us from and against all losses (including loss of opportunity and consequential loss arising therewith), damages, expenses and all third party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs (including without prejudice to the generality of this provision, the legal cost of each other, personal injuries, death, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation), awards and damages that may arise as a result of this Campaign.
  9. The Participants shall not hold the Organiser liable for the outcome of the Campaign.
  10. This Terms and Conditions may be translated to other languages. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English and translated versions, the English language shall prevail.
  11. This Campaign Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and all disputes relating to the Campaign are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.



Any airlines

  • Flights booked via AirAsia MOVE may be operated by other airlines and their terms and conditions are applicable.
  • Unless stated, all-in fares quoted on our advertisements are for economy class, one-way travel, inclusive of base fare and all applicable taxes, fees and charges imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Promoted seats are limited and may not be available for all flights, all destinations including public holidays, school breaks and weekends.

AirAsia Airlines Promotion

Introduction

  1. The airasia airlines promotion terms and conditions contained herein (“Terms and Conditions”) governs all airasia members (“Members, you, your”) that makes an airasia flight booking (“Booking”) with the AK or D7 flight code (“Flights”) on the airasia.com website and AirAsia MOVE mobile application (collectively known as the “Platform”), which are owned and operated by us.
  2. This Terms and Conditions shall be the legally binding document between you and AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“AirAsia, us, we, our”) for the airasia airlines promotional activities (“AirAsia Promotion”) stipulated hereunder that will be organised by us from time to time.
  3. This Terms and Conditions is applicable to each of the AirAsia Promotion contained herein with varying promotion mechanisms. You acknowledge that upon completing a Booking, you accept that you are bound by this Terms and Conditions with the relevant section of the promotion mechanisms specified hereunder.
  4. You accept and acknowledge that we are only a distributor of the Flights and hence, assume no liability should there be any loss or damages as a result of any act or omission or negligence on the part of the Flights in the course of its performance and you will be subjected to the terms of carriage, fare rules and conditions of the Flights.
  5. By completing a Booking, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by this Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Use and Privacy Statement of the Platform, which may be amended and revised from time to time. We would advise you to review this Terms and Conditions periodically to be aware of such modifications as the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions will bind you at the time of any arising dispute, which may occur at a later date. Please take note that the Terms and Conditions displayed on the Platform will be accompanied by a month and year stamp to denote the version.
  6. In order to be eligible for and enjoy the AirAsia Promotion, you are required to sign-up as an airasia member and log-in to your airasia membership account.

Lead-In Promotion

  1. The Lead-In Promotion is a promotion whereby the fare for the Flights includes the all-in fare, taxes and fuel charges upon making a Booking on the Platform.
  2. The Lead-In Promotion offered shall be at the sole discretion of AirAsia and the promotion amount for the fare shall be varied from time to time.
  3. The Lead-In Promotion is only applicable for one-way travel.
  4. The Lead-In Promotion which is applicable for Bookings made on the Platform is limited to regular base fare only and shall not include the Premium Flex or Value Pack bundled category.

Percentage Discount

  1. The Percentage Discount is a promotion on the base fare of the Flights which is applicable upon making a Booking on the Platform. Examples for the Percentage Discount is including but not limited to “Up to 70% Off”, “20% Off All Seats, All Flights”, “31% Off”.
  2. The Percentage Discount offered shall be at the sole discretion of AirAsia and the discount percentage shall be varied from time to time.
  3. The Percentage Discount is only applicable for a single Booking made on the Platform.
  4. Promotions which are applicable for bookings made on the Platform are limited to regular base fare only and shall not include Premium Flex or Value Pack bundled category.

Processing Fees

  1. Effective 22nd September 2019, 0001 hours (GMT+ 8), there will be no processing fee applied for new Bookings made on the Platform for flights to and from Malaysia. However, this excludes international FlyThru flight transiting through Malaysia.

Free Seat Campaign

  1. The Free Seat Campaign excludes all airport tax, Mavcom fee, fuel surcharges and other applicable fees.
  2. The Free Seat Campaign is only applicable for the base fare of the Flights only.

AirAsia Points

  1. The airasia points shall be awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis and subject to the availability of the total allocation of 5 million bonus airasia points under AirAsia Promotion; applicable for 22nd Birthday Sale campaign only during 27 Nov to 3 Dec 2023.

  3. Participants are allowed to perform multiple transactions and/or purchase to earn the regular issuance of airasia points and the Bonus airasia points of which are subject to a maximum cap of five hundred (500) Bonus airasia points per Participant during the Promotion Period.
  4. All airasia points earned through this Promotion will be credited into the eligible Participants’ respective airasia member account within fourteen (21) days after the transaction. This is subject to the exclusion of invalid, cancelled or exchanged transactions where no airasia points will be awarded to Participants pursuant to this Promotion.
  5. Notwithstanding the standard validity of airasia points as stipulated within the airasia rewards terms and conditions can be found at www.airasia.com/rewards. The airasia points earned through this Promotion are only valid for a period of six (6) months from the date such airasia points are credited into the Eligible Participant’s airasia member account. Any airasia points not utilised within its validity period will lapse without notice or liability.

Miscellaneous

  1. You acknowledge that AirAsia has a limited number of seats and the seats may not be available for all flights and destinations during certain periods including but not limited to public holidays, school breaks and weekends.
  2. All-in fares quoted on the Platform are for one-way travel, inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees, fuel surcharges and charges imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies.
  3. You agree that all applicable taxes, fees, fuel surcharges or charges associated with the Booking which are imposed by the regulatory bodies must be paid at the time of Booking unless otherwise stated.
  4. Any payment in foreign currency is subject to the prevailing currency exchange rates at the date of payment.
  5. Further, you may refer here for all fees and charges applicable in relation to the booking of the Flights on the Platform.
  6. AirAsia reserves the right in its sole discretion, at any time, to verify the validity of any successful transactions. Without limitation, you agree to provide necessary information to AirAsia upon request.
  7. If for any reason any of the AirAsia Promotion is unable to proceed or operate smoothly due to actions of the Members, including but not limited to irregularity, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this AirAsia Promotion, AirAsia reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, postpone or suspend the AirAsia Promotion.
  8. AirAsia reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Member and/or to retract the promotion from any Member if AirAsia has proof or reasonably believes that Member has (singularly or jointly with any other Members) undertaken fraudulent practices and/or activities to obtain the promotion or other activities harmful to AirAsia. AirAsia further reserves the right to block Member’s airasia account from performing future transactions on the Platform.
  9. AirAsia reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or suspend any of the AirAsia Promotion with or without any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by AirAsia shall not entitle the Members to any claim or compensation against AirAsia for any and/or all losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
  10. AirAsia accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected transaction(s) whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise.
  11. AirAsia, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated companies shall bear no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special and consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, liability, disappointment, personal injury, or death which is incurred, suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by Members in connection with AirAsia Promotion except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  12. AirAsia shall not be liable for any failure to comply or for any delay in performing its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, computer system malfunction, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic and pandemic as pronounced by the World Health Organisation, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances of whatsoever nature beyond the control of AirAsia.
  13. All expenses associated with the AirAsia Promotion such as transportation, accommodation or any other costs of a personal nature that are not stated (if applicable) shall be solely borne by the Members.
  14. The Terms and Conditions may be translated to other languages. In the event of any inconsistencies between the English and translated versions, the English language shall prevail.
  15. The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subjected to the jurisdiction of a forum in Malaysia.
